Institutional debates often suffer from a major flaw: they seem far removed from everyday concerns.
For many French people, and therefore for many Bretons, amending the Constitution seems like an administrative process with no concrete effect on their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet it is quite the opposite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organisation of public authorities directly determines a country\u2019s or region\u2019s ability to meet the needs of its population. The essential question is therefore not only whether Brittany should have a special status. It is above all a matter of determining whether it has the means to take action when national responses are not suited to its realities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is precisely on this ground that Yes Breizh<\/strong> would like to take the matter further.
Devolution is not an end in itself<\/a><\/strong>. It must provide Brittany with the necessary tools to tangibly improve the lives of the Breton people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
