What we want to change:
for you, for Brittany

Today, too many of the decisions that shape your life are taken far from here. In ministries where Brittany has virtually no voice.

Result:

- inappropriate policies,
- insufficient resources,
- a growing sense of powerlessness.

Brittany is capable.

What it lacks are the levers.

Our project is based on a simple idea: if something concerns you here, then the decision must be taken here.

The decisions that count are taken elsewhere

Transport, housing, health, culture, the environment: everything goes back to Paris.
Brittany suffers, it does not decide.

A competent but restrained Brittany

Dynamic economy, strong identity, vibrant culture: we have it all... except the power to act.

Why this concerns you directly

Fewer doctors, overpriced housing, derisory cultural budgets, ageing infrastructure...

These are not inevitable. They are political choices, made without us.

Our vision: a Brittany that decides for itself

Our project is neither a violent break nor nostalgia. It's a constructive, modern, European approach.

Devolution: regaining control without breaking up

The aim is to legally transfer powers to Brittany to manage matters that concern it: languages, culture, the economy, local taxation, health, planning, the environment, etc.

Democratic and responsible autonomy

Not a leap in the dark.
A clear, progressive, tested framework, already applied in Wales, Scotland, Catalonia...

An evolution that brings people together

Yes Breizh is not a party. Our approach cuts across party lines.

It is based on a simple principle: give Brittany what all the other European nations already have.

Our project

What this means for you in concrete terms

The Yes Breizh project is not theoretical. It affects your everyday life.

Health

Choices adapted to the realities of Brittany: maintaining maternity units, local networks, effective prevention policy.

Housing

Regulate speculation, protect residents, make local authorities accountable, adapt the rules to the regions.

Mobility

A rail network designed for Brittany, coherent transport, targeted investment.

Language and culture

A committed, stable, financed policy.
School curricula that include the history of Brittany. Real visibility for Breton and Welsh.

Economy

Controlled local taxation, support for Breton SMEs, innovation, the sea, energy, short circuits.

Environment

Decisions taken here to protect our water, land, forests and coastline.

How we want to get there

A simple, transparent and realistic method.

Information

Produce rigorous, verified and educational analyses.

Giving everyone the means to understand what's at stake.

Federate

Bringing people together across the political spectrum.

Bringing together citizens, elected representatives, experts, associations and the diaspora.

Mobilise

Creating a democratic balance of power.

Bringing the voice of Bretons to the national debate.

Build

Develop serious solutions, legal proposals and concrete scenarios.

Levrig, analyses, thematic committees: everything is public, transparent and accessible.

What we are not

Clarity is essential.

We are not a political party

No candidates, no elections, no personal ambitions.

We are not a list in disguise

No electoral strategy. Just a collective project for Brittany.

We're not breaking up

Devolution strengthens democracy. It does not pit Brittany against the rest of the country. It corrected a historical imbalance.

A collective journey that starts with you

No democratic transformation can take place without citizens.

Your role is central

Join, support, relay, discuss: every gesture counts.

The future of Brittany depends on the people who live here.

Everyone can contribute

A short time? A lot of time?
It doesn't really matter.

This project is moving forward thanks to all the forces in Brittany, however modest.

Together, we can make a difference

We can achieve devolution like the Welsh did.

But it won't happen without you.

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; in fact, it's the only thing that ever has."
